My friend just sent me this pic of Logan photobombing her shot of her lil girl getting her face painted at his party a few wks back! Too bad he doesn't pose for me like this!

Mr Logan is sure getting big and smart! His vocabulary is expanding every day and he's picking up more words - the last few days he just repeats lots of words we say, even if he's never said them before. Trying to reach him his name but doesn't come out quite like "Logan" it's more like "Ro-En" but he'll get it. He also like to say "He-ro" (hello) now instead of always "hi" but we figure the more we talk to him the more he'll learn so that's great!

Tulips are in season now, I guess! Loved these at the store so nice to have a lil color in the house!

Crayon Party!

Logan's crayon party finally happened last Saturday and it was a big hit! There were 17 kids there 5 and under so it was a blast! Face painting, cupcake decorating, an art wall and bag/puppet making, not to mention a gift exchange and some party favors from Logan and I....the kiddies scored! Lots of fun and the place we had it out was extremely affordable and worked out well. Can't wait to have another!

Dislocated Elbow

We were walking into a friend's house today and Logan lost his footing as I was holding his hand and turns out how elbow was dislocated! Pobrecito! Cut our visit short and took him to the doc and so glad we did, he wasn't moving or lifting his arm before that and was crying a ton! He was in a lot of pain! After she pressed on it he was instantly SO much better! Phew! Poor lil guy, felt so bad for him. 😓

Well I keep forgetting to take a class with Logan at the local community center, they even have $1 drop-in classes but I missed that too! Still wanted to get him out this morning so they also have a drop-in "Indoor Park" which is pretty simple and basic but also costs only $1 so it's a great deal. He ran around for about 1.5 hrs and is now down for a great nap!

Children's Museum

We finally made it to the Children's Museum w/a friend this morning. It was great and we didn't even do all the exhibits! Tons of hands on things, not really a museum at all!

Ordered Logan a new chair and desk/table that's perfect for his size and height! It folds up and fits into a great little bag for easy storage too. He loves it!

Logan loves to be outside so after staring out the back door for an hour we decided to take him out and do some yard work! He's a great helper when we want to do anything - he will sure be wonderful as he gets older! Got the yard cleaned up after looking at all the leaves for months and he got to get outside. He was so upset when we were done (and his hands were frozen) that he was crying and kicking all the way (not to mention STINKING cuz he pooped in his diaper as soon as we got outdoors) that as soon as Roberto got him changed upstairs into a clean diaper he ran out of the bathroom and down the hall into his room and slammed the door! He's never done that before! Ha!

Found some cute Sesame Street bubble bath at the store that's for sensitive skin - free of perfumes, dyes, etc etc etc so seems to work well w/Logan's skin. He loves his new bubbles and can't wait to get into the bath at night before bed!
